Ralph Collins: Gay (closeted). 22. Waitstaff
Annie Bennett: Genderfluid, Pansexual. 26. Waitstaff
Amy Mitchell: Lesbian (closeted). 21. Waitstaff
Katie Callington: Bisexual (closeted). 23. Mechanic
Selena Turner: Greysexual, Demiromantic (questioning). 18. Receptionist

The canon characters aren't on here because their sexualities in here are my opinion and I'm waiting for more lore to come out before I make anything on here "set in stone". Also I'm not entirely sure what to do with this as I try to make this as close to canon as I most possibly can...
