We’re working with: 📐 Brough & Wicher — design + supply 🏡 Wilson’s Home Building Centre — delivery 🛠️ AND-ROD Construction — bringing it all together, the right way.

With 2x6 walls framed in LVL (that’s laminated veneer lumber for the curious 👀) and good ol’ SPF for the rest, this wall is built strong and built to last.

No stress though — the AND-ROD crew is on it. We’re reframing one stud at a time, keeping it solid, straight, and waterproof every step of the way ✅💪 Next up: confirming those shaped window openings and getting the custom glass on order.

Time for a look inside! Remember that rake wall we flagged? Here’s what we’re dealing with: improper flashing, poor air barrier, and tons of condensation wreaked havoc behind the scenes. The framing’s rotted before it even hit the vapor barrier.
