Do you happen to have a doc or a list that says like all of the cats you have written genes for and such? I would love, love, love to read it! If not could I at least know maybe what you have for Willowpelt and Sorreltail?

I just deleted my addition to that post though, I wasn't happy with where I sourced the example images. So I'll give you the new examples on this ask, along with what I have for Willowpelt and Sorreltail! Just as a warning though, I TRY to stick close to canon, but due to my methodology for this tree, that doesn't always happen 😅

Once I finish with all.... 1500+ characters.... I'll be making a second tree, and doing the whole process over again, using a different system of prioritization, so that hopefully our most beloved cats can remain similar to their canon designs 😅

As I stated in that post, Sootfur is a shorthaired, lighter blue golden broken mackerel tabby tom with white gloves and orange eyes. Him and Whitestorm are the only ones in that little family unit that aren't munchkins.... I get a comical laugh every time I make a cat a munchkin. Look them up. Then imagine them fighting. Hahaha I love it so much. Anyway, I like to imagine he started out like the left as a kitten, and the right as a warrior! Only differences being; shorter fur, and less white spotting, white should be localized to the paws only. Oh, and orange eyes, duh.

Rainwhisker is the only long-furred cat in his immediate family (unless you count his brother-in-law, Brackenfur)! He's a longhaired, dark blue broken mackerel tabby munchkin tom with low white, hazel eyes, and powerful shoulders. Example below! In my head, his stripes are a bit more defined, and a bit more broken up. And he should have shorter legs.

Willowpelt is a hard-muscled, slender, black mackerel tabby munchkin molly with unusual hazel eyes. I don't have her down as a Cornish Rex in my tree, but when I saw this, I knew immediately it was her. Soooo let's just pretend it's a regular shorthair? And that her eyes are hazel & legs are short.

And lastly, Sorreltail! She's a sturdy, slender, blue spotted midnight charcoal tabby munchkin molly with orange eyes, a soft tail, a white chest and paws, and short fur. I had the hardest time finding an example photo for her. The first two photos are most accurately what she should look like, barring the munchkin legs & the white spotting. But my heart reallyyyyy sees her as the third pic.

He's blue, non agouti, and low white. This is because Whitestorm is a high white cat and must pass down at least one big W. I prefer Sootfur and Rainwhisker as longhair instead of short hair, but Willowpelt is a carrier (she must be for Graystripe to be longhair), so she can easily make them longhair, too.

Kinda useless post, but I'm trying to cope with the new prophecy graphic novel not being out yet.

Sootfur was born in the book Rising Storm and was born around page 73. His birth happens greenleaf so we can assume it is during the months June-August since Warriors takes place in the UK and according to the MET office, those are the UK's 'summer months'. The book starts a quarter moon after Tigerclaw was kicked out and Fireheart became deputy, which is followed by the horrible new-leaf floods. So a quarter moon after the floods I think would leave the start of Rising Storm at mid-May to late June? I'm actually unsure. But the time between that and Sootkit, Rainkit, and Sorrelkit's birth lands the time span in June or July... and it's June! So happy birthday month (maybe) Sootfur! I love you! You make my life more happy ❤️ if i got any of that info wrong... its ok
