I had this Ion Body Cleanse done on Friday at #nirvanawellnesscentre Saravjit, whom I found out is also an oily sister. Check out the grossness that I'm glad to have had removed out of me! We ended with a raindrop reflexology foot massage to help protect and replace lost healthy nutrients that also came out as the other yuck was released. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone wanting to detox their body. What I felt during the cleanse was a tingling in different areas of my body, for example, I felt a lot of "action" happening in my liver and after we stopped and restarted the machine again, I felt a lot of tingling and movement in my gut.
