Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups rainbow chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chocolate frosting.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth. Fold in 1 cup of rainbow chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan. Once the brownies are cooled, melt the chocolate frosting in the microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth and pourable. Drizzle the melted frosting over the brownies and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of rainbow chocolate chips on top of the frosting. Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the frosting. Cut into squares, and your cosmic brownies are ready to enjoy!
