I obviously did not made this oc, This oc belongs to @Lalalover4everYT (And I guess this could be her birthday gift too considering according to deviantart, it's her birthday week so uhh Happy birthday Lala if you see this ^^ !!!)

I never understood the hate that Lala and many other alicorn oc owners got back in the 2016's, Like, I kinda understand it because it's an alicorn oc with rainbow mane; but at the same time, It's literally just an alicorn oc with Rainbow mane :/

Like, people at the time were acting like this was a canon character in the tv series or acting like Lala and many other alicorn oc owners was committing a crime.. Like, I get it, you guys see them as bad ocs because of how too perfect or too overpowered they are BUT at the same time, you guys are literally bullying children for wanting to make a Alicorn oc or a oc with rainbow mane/tail.

You are also bullying kids for choosing to not accept criticism, like, who the fuck cares if the child throws a tantrum over being told that their oc isn't good.. it's just a child, so of course they'll act bratty but you making a callout, redesigning their oc without asking and so on is NOT going to sort the situation out.

You should calmly talk to the child and tell them why them being unhinged on the internet over criticism isn't okay and if they don't listen, just block them.. if you need to call them out if they do something serious like theft, then call them out WITHOUT being rude or unhinged.

But anyways, tldr: Calling people's alicorn ocs cringe is not okay, let people draw however they want (as long as it isn't problematic) and criticism is welcome as long as they ask for it.

I guess the Kentucky Derby would be a big American horse girl race? Splashy must be half American then, since now my headcanon is she wants to Triple Crown in America one day.

Her real-world counterpart would be probably be a thoroughbred with palomino coloring to give her the white hair and tail.

She really loves singing and dancing, almost as much as she loves running. She wants to be an umadol 100%.

Her mother died when she was young, so she was raised by a friend of her mother's named Nodoka (not quite to Special Week level, I promise). Nodoka is part of a very traditional family, so that's what Splashy was brought up in.

She calls Nodoka "Nodoka-san" because she isn't her mother, but she respects her greatly. Her husband Fuka is "Fuka-san" for the same reason. She's very grateful they took her in, even if they are a little strict.

She was taught to play koto at a very young age.

She hates koto, despite being really good at it.

Has a stepsister named Kanon in high school. Her stepsister supports her and wears the bracelet she made for her proudly. Kanon is also an expert koto player and is hoping to go pro one day.

When Kanon was in elementary, she forgot something for school at home. Without prompting, a very young Splashy ran all the way to her elementary school to give it to her. It was her first errand.

Has a stepbrother named Tatsuya about a year older than her. He runs track. He hates she runs better than him despite being younger.

Splashy really tries to get Tatsuya to like her, including making him his own special bracelet before a big track meet. He didn't wear it, and he wound up doing terribly. Now it sits in his drawer. Their relationship has gotten slightly better now that Splashy is at Tracen, but not much.

Splashy's mother made Nodoka promise to send Splashy to Tracen as part of taking her in. She could tell that Splashy was going to be a fantastic runner one day.

Her favorite bracelet has clouds and rainbows on it. She never goes without it - even during racing she wears it. She even sleeps with it. It's the first bracelet someone ever gave her, and it's the one she'll never give away.
