Given all that I’ve put them through, I really hope some of your MCs can still take simple joys like these~

Qiu chuckles seeing you enjoy the rain, but grounds in his heels when you start dragging him out. He refuses, pleads with you, but you throw him in the rain and he soaks like a wet cat. He chases you around and flings you into puddles, which ends in a wrestling match that leaves the both of you drenched in mud.

An happily joins you, relishing in the sweet rain and spinning within your outstretched arms. She glows, even as her heavy clothes drag behind her, and flourishes with grace. She probably goes around shaking tree leaves to get you even more soaked, laughing each time you fall for her traps.

Min He is rain, so she loves to be out in it with you. She doesn’t dance, but she holds her hands out and lets it pool between her fingers. She caresses your face, manipulating the drops of water that drip down your cheeks, and smiles triumphantly when you lean down for a kiss. Her hair becomes a river of ink, flowing down her back in a thick brushstroke that takes forever to dry later, but it’s worth it.

Kaski is already out in the rain before you, his head pointed up as if to greet the heavy clouds. His aura is heavy, heavier than usual, full of memories and nostalgia--the rain seems to pour more from where he stands. You bound up to him, and his eyebrows lift when you start dancing. But then he smiles, and laughs, harshly, and lifts to the heavens so you catch the raindrops on your neck.

Xinyi leans against the wall, smiling as he watches you, though looks bewildered when you drag him out. He follows your lead, steps clumsy in the slicker parts of the ground, and shivers when his bare skin grows wet, but he finds the sun in your smile, warmth in your arms, so he endures. Probably catches a cold after, which you’ll have to nurse him from.

Hiemi loves the feel of rain on her skin. It’s so clean, so fresh, so wonderfully calming that she doesn’t even think when she accepts your hand to join you. She loves the contrast of your warmth to the coolness of the rain, loves how her blossoms flourish in the wet earth, and loves especially to see you enjoy yourself so much as the two of you dance on uneven ground.

Go Ro sits on his divan, watching you from in his room as you step through the raining garden. He takes a sip of his tea, relaxed by the gentle lull of raindrops against the walls and roof, and sighs quietly in content. You turn and extend your hand, an invitation to the world, and take a step towards his window. He arches a brow, glances again at your soaked form, smirks, and the windows snap shut.

Chun watches you from a safe distancing, cleverly anticipating your antics, and laughs to herself as you slip and slide. She declines your invitation, somehow managing to dip away from all your attempts to force her anyhow, but after you’re finished, she’s helps dry you off and has a nice cup of something warm to chase away the cold.
