What We Are:
We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild working actively towards clearing current content up through Mythic difficulties in a timely, effective, and enjoyable manner.
What to Expect
OUTSIDE RAID*: One should expect a laid-back, joking, casual environment; open to general chatting among the guild members.
INSIDE RAID*: One should expect a concentrated, active group openly communicating theories on how to overcome the next challenge.
*While joking is allowed, extreme anger and extremely distasteful comments will not be tolerated and dealt with immediately, potentially resulting in a g-kick in extreme situations.
What we Expect of You:
To play/know your class exceptionally well
To attend Mythic runs with consistent attendance
Consideration to play gear/play an offspec if asked
A sense of humor
Mythic Raid Spots:
Mythic Raid Spots are COMPETITIVE, meaning that in order to secure a spot in the weekly mythic raid, one must first prove that they can out-perform others in a similar role. All tanks are competing with tanks, DPS with DPS, and Healers with healers. Verdicts will be made by Officers prior to raid night, or during the Heroic clear run earlier in the week.
HOWEVER: We as officers do our best to not over-recruit. Meaning that we only actively recruit people until we are comfortable with attendance securing a 20-man group for mythic raid nights.
