WHO BELONGS TO THIS OC?
Years ago (wanna say around 2015-2016/8 ?? o.o) there was someone who would draw this oc. I believe the oc's name is Citlal or Cital. I think she had magical powers and I do remember her being Central or South American. The op also had two other ocs named Raffele (he was Italian) and Akae (or Ako/Akio; I remember him being Japanese). This person also had an expanding verse that featured these ocs and a friend of their's ocs as well.
OP, if you see this: don't worry I only posted this one and only art here (ocs are a big deal to me, so I'd never mess w/ someone else's oc). Obviously, she's your so you can post this art of course ^_^
