hello! i don't know if you can answer my question but i have a really big problem and i would like to know if you can help me. basically one of my friends had her app uninstalled by inadvertence and when she tries to transfer her account it says "data takeover failed". i tried transferring it on my phone and it says that i can't transfer it and have to wait for a month? i want to contact bamco because she needs it really quickly for lim yuki's revival but i don't know how and where i can do it
Tell her to log into her BNID on the website and make sure it’s bound. That 30 day wait period is when you’ve unbound and then rebound your account to a new ID–you’re forced to wait 30 days before you can unbind again.
Keep in mind you can only transfer from the main start page on a freshly downloaded app. You cannot load a transfer after you have started the game.
…I’m also mildly scared you might have unbound your account and rebound it to her ID. I’m not exactly sure what order of buttons (and where) you pressed, so I can’t tell from this message alone. You should check your ID too…
