hc that a good chunk of Fox's bonding activities with visiting brothers is having a migraine together in his office, or whichever "safe" spot he's in, in complete silence. maybe he has a very specific thing that helps the visitor's migraines already set up (rare). he won't let "a simple headache" stop him from seeing his brothers, who may die within the next few days, for a couple of minutes, and he expects the same from them.

i like when ppl make Fox power hungry, extremely invasive, and manipulative because he’s scared. Fox is downright obsessed with always knowing everything, always having control over a situation, and if he doesn’t have control, then having more than enough power to change whatever’s happening to work in his favor (which usually results in him gaining control). he’s scarily powerful by clone standards and gets what he wants because he lives in a world where clones aren’t people, so he sees this as the only way to ensure that at least his men and closest brothers survive to see a world where this isn’t true, regardless of what he has to do. & no need for palpatine to corrupt him, he’s already doing that himself lol

most of the clones are emotionally stunted and bad at talking about their feelings but Fox is among the worst due to a lot of his speech being influenced by the types of politicians and criminals/prisoners he’s around, so whenever he tries, it comes out threatening. he would say, “i would hate for anything bad to happen to you…. so watch yourself….” with a completely dead expression and/or tone, and whoever he said that to is going to be checking over their shoulder for the rest of the day. he thinks he’s baring his heart to somebody and that somebody thinks he’s going to kill them and feed them to corridor ghouls (valid fear). thankfully this doesn’t happen that often because Fox would probably rather time travel to relive his life on Kamino before he’s vulnerable with anybody.

sort of silly idea i have is the Coruscant Commanders taking power naps whenever they can because they're getting worried about their horrible sleeping pattern resulting in avoidable & fatal mistakes, but it tends to be a "drop dead where you are" power nap since they don't want to waste time getting to an actual bed/couch/chair if they don't have to. so their men will sometimes see them passed out (or trying to fall asleep as fast as they can) right outside of the mess, in the middle of the break room, in a maintenance tunnel, etc. sometimes, their nap breaks align, so there's a chance for one or two of them to be used as a mattress by another. most of the men don't get over the sight of their Commanders in a pile springing up immediately once the break is over and going back to work.

Fox gets so particular about his men knowing things like proper forks to use for dinners, types of “rich people” alcohols, dancing etiquette from different cultures, the basics for cultures that the most powerful politicians on coruscant are apart of, when to use “highness” and “majesty”, stuff like that. he spreads the “duty” of knowing these things amongst the other commanders and they’ll spread it to their men, so there will be a handful of troopers extremely knowledgeable about a lot of Alderaan’s royal families, some that can destroy someone in a wine tasting competition, a few here and there that will kill over people placing their fork & knife in the “dissatisfied” position instead of the “ready for more” position, etc. he says it’s best for his men to be prepared for anything considering how none of them were trained for this, but it’s also because it makes his Guard (and by extension, the GAR) look good to the people in power. and it ties in neatly with my other hcs.

i love it when Fox treats Stone as the favorite without any shame. Fox is banning anything alcoholic? well obviously Stone is the exception. he deals with so much, you wouldn’t understand. No eating in the bunks? excuse you, Stone can eat mangoes in bed if he wants to, so shut it. Fox is angry about men waking him up while he’s sleeping for inane reasons? no wait, Stone, come back, he wasn’t even sleeping. yes of course he’ll listen to you complain about what the love interest in that book is doing. Stone glares at him and storms off? something is seriously wrong right now for Stone to blow up like that, and what he needs to do is treat this with the patience and grace it deserves, even if it takes days and sacrificing himself to solve. everybody else better be real good at dodging his fidget tungsten cube

idea: sometimes Stone will really enjoy the scenery of a planet he's on and send photos of it to the rest of the Coruscant Commanders and a good chunk of his men. Fox hasn't left the planet since he was stationed there, Thorn hardly ever leaves unless he's asked for, and Thire only leaves a little more than Thorn, so they all really appreciate it in their own ways (even though there might be some bitterness). Stone considers giving some of the more artisticslly inclined inmates and guardsmen a chance to recreate the images on canvas, for morale and all that, but isn't optimistic that he'd be able to get enough art supplies, even though he has a Commander Fox at his disposal.

thinking of Fox bribing random citizens to buy food for him from places that aren't the most friendly to clones whenever he wants something from there, but some places catch on to this. they can't do anything about it unless they want to refuse a paying customer for no reason and risk more problems, which creates this tense and/or hostile relationship that Fox loves (he finds it fun). there are times where he will stand right outside the establishment just to watch them get angry as they give the person the food that Fox asked for, but this is a bit too bold, so he doesn't do it often.
