1. things that inspire me: reviews, comments, etc. because i have the writer’s version of a praise kink

3. name three favorite writers: hmm… three favorite writers have to be rachello344 (i love creeping on your blog ;D), valtyr (mainly on ao3; i don’t think she’s still active but her marvel fic is a++), and Sineala (who writes the most amazing stevetony; holy god i love her and her fic so much. she’s active on ao3 and tumblr). basically, i read a lot of marvel fic.

26. story you’re most proud of: none of them… well, okay, probably penumbra because i had a lot of fun writing it and a lot of people seemed to like it. though i was surprised more people weren’t like “why does shinichi write like a shitty fanfic author” because that’s what i was thinking when i wrote all those excerpts… yeah

49. writing advice: there are a lot of things i could say about writing style and technique and don’t use epithets and stay away from the word “orbs” and please please please avoid comma splices because they make me wince a little, but honestly what helped my writing the most was just… writing. like, a lot. write as much as you can and don’t compare yourself to anyone else. it doesn’t matter if you’re writing 100-word drabbles or 100k-word coffee shop aus or self-indulgent id fic; just do some kind of writing practice, and you will get more comfortable with words and ideas and putting your thoughts together. your fic will be better for it.

Friends would more likely call him Yura/etc. than Yurochka on a daily basis, so basically this would be his ‘everyday’ name as you said. Pet names like Yurochka aren’t used too frequently unless we’re talking family, ie parents to their children or spouses to each other. Others close to Yuri could use Yurochka too but it would be weird to use it without some cause, ie his friend wouldn’t call him up and be like “Hey we’re going bowling. Wanna come, Yurochka?” It’s long and affectionate and really doesn’t belong in everyday speech between just friends. Yura would be more appropriate for casual conversations.

Of course there are exceptions. Friends would call him Yurochka on his birthday (in this case, even more distant friends can call him Yurochka and it wouldn’t be weird) or when giving him a present or basically just wanting to show their affection towards him (ie Yakov getting excited over his performance in a competition and calling him Yurochka as a result).

Also, as others have noted before me, Yuri doesn’t seem too fond of his pet name so he might insist on being called Yura by basically everyone in his life - except for his grandfather, his grandfather seems to get away with it lol. There are people who aren’t called by their pet name that often and I’d bet Yuri would be one of them.

Aaravos is the werewolf, Viren is the hunter. A terrible hunter who doesn’t even realize he’s found a werewolf XD XD.

Aaravos is 100% a mermaid and he seduces Viren and then drags him into the ocean lol.

I am equally attached to Witch Aaravos with bitchy like, cat familiar Viren as I am to Witch Viren with familiar Aaravos who Viren doesn’t know is also a witch pretending to be an animal so one day he just. Turns into a person again and Viren is like  U M *SWEATS*. XD XD

Aaravos as a barista and Viren as a grumpy bitter professor who comes in before his 8am class three days a week lol.

I am really torn on this one, but I’m gonna go with Professor Aaravos and TA Viren purely bc I like it lol.

I-I’m not sure atm ;;;; Sometimes it’s “I wanna work for a gaming company” sometimes it’s “I wanna make my own stories” sometimes it’s “I wanna do something that makes money” sometimes it’s “I wanna move to the Italian countryside and renovate a castle and start a garden and bake bread and just do whatever I want in my free time” so lol.

UHhhh Man, I gotta pick a couple. The constants are Panic!, Fall Out Boy and Starset. I’d also include MCR and actually atm BTS, who’s music I’m starting to explore more of and am really really enjoying!! 

Iced Cafe Mocha : Favorite thing to do on rainy days?

I like to go out and experience the rain! My favorite thing to do when I lived on/near campus (when I had time lol) was to take a walk in the rain down to any of the shops nearby (generally Panera or Starbucks or the Union) and sit there and drink something warm and read fic or do work. I also like just sitting in bed and watching stuff with the windows wide open haha.

N- not particularly? I’m not. Hm I’m not a sappy person really, I don’t really know how to respond to verbal affection (though I do like it??) or how to give it. I’ve got a bit of an easier time with nonverbal expressions of affection and I prefer that to having to talk abt feelings cause I’m bleh at that lol ;;;; So short answer yes kind of?? But not like, verbally ;;;;

Depends on the day I guess. Reading fic, watching anime/TV, playing video games, drawing, baking, cleaning sometimes, depending on how stressed I am lol, spending time with friends idk there’s a lot of things!

Yea! I don’t read as much as I used to but I’m just. A lot pickier now lol ;;;; My favorite book series are TFC, PJAtO (And HoO), and the Captive Prince series! But I read more fic then books now and I’d say one of my favorite fic of all time is “An Approach of Carrot and Stick” which is a long Diojona fic on Ao3, which I’ve read multiple times haha ;;;; There are a lot of others tho!!

MmMMM Idk anything that I’d consider fun haha so like, Aquariums, Museums, movies, but also like, idk just walking around a park and getting dinner would be cool. Also like obvs Disney World for an Ideal lol.
