Headcanon: Polokus made the Rabbids in the spur of the moment and he feels rather conflicted about it but likes them all the same. Rabbids were equivalent to Polokus intrusive thoughts. Even back when The Rabbids were a peaceful race, they were known for doing reckless things. it also explains why the rabbids later on are capable of doing so much batshit insane things- like dimension hopping.

When Rabido was born- Polokus could not, for the life of him- remember his purpose. He might have been another intrusive thought- just like the vast majority Rabbids born within the glade. However, Polokus felt as though he was meant to be something more but again, cannot remember.

Rabido is the fleeting thought that begs for his attention. that thing on the tip of his tongue. the dream polokus cannot remember. As Rabido grew- so did his bitterness.

baby Rabido fur was a lighter blue but due to his bitterness, it darkened.

in summary, God forgot he made a devaintart Sparkle Rabbid and now that Rabbid is making it everyone else problem.
