10 books
So I'm finally getting around to doing this!Â
I was tagged by Huw
Rules: In a text post, list ten books that have stayed with you in some way. Donât take but a few minutes, and donât think too hard â they donât have to be the ârightâ or âgreatâ works, just the ones that have touched you. Tag [ten/some] friends, including me, so Iâll see your list. Make sure you let your friends know youâve tagged them.
The History of Love -Â Nicole Krauss
Cloud Atlas - David MitchellÂ
One Hundred Years of Solitude -Â Gabriel GarcĂa MĂĄrquez
The Bell Jar - Sylvia PlathÂ
The Hunger Games - Suzanne CollinsÂ
Submarine -Â Joe Dunthorne
Good Omens -Â Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Stieg LarssonÂ
Brave New World - Aldous HuxleyÂ
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time - Mark Haddon
I'm going to be a lazy person, so I tag anyone who wants to do this. If you see this on your dash and fancy giving it a go, please do so and tag me so I can see your choices!Â
qulumping said: is this the first photo of yourself youâve ever posted?
Technically, no. There has been one previous to this. A selfie that was requested while I was drunk, about a year ago. However that one is no longer extant, and I had like 3 followers at the time so to all intents and purposes yes it is. I think this covers all the important things a follower might want to know: I'm white, I have a penchant for celtic jewellry and I wear black and denim. There is a picture of me, though not a clear or close-up one, on my teaching blog.
