There's a real fucking world out there filled with people that know how to take action instead of just talking about it.

Seriously, be the change you want in this world instead of simply just visualizing it.. there's more than just thinking. You actually have to execute your fucking thoughts and ideas or you will simply just be perceived as somebody that can talk the talk but too much of a coward to walk the walk

Step 2: actually fucking execute your ideas or what you talk about doing

Step 3: learn from your success AND from your mistakes... then adapt and do better

It's not enough to just simply accept your faults. Learn from them. Adapt from them. At least try to be better than them.

Why does the saying go "forgive & forget"?

How do you learn the lesson if you choose to forget it?

No. It should be "forgive & learn"

WE ALL HAVE MENTAL ISSUES IN OUR OWN WAY. 

We need to quit accepting that about ourselves and adapt. It's our duty as a person to better ourselves and those around us.

Show people WHY you're a force to be reckoned with (in a positive way)

When they see you actually CAN DO what you say and not just talk out your ass, you start being perceived as a teacher. A mentor.

The example for people to strive for

It's okay to be afraid. NOBODY is fearless.
