Simply put, even if Ozen watched where she was going, there was no way some unfortunate bumps weren't going to happen with that giant coat and her super tall height. Which meant that was exactly what happened as she brushed past a man in the streets. It wasn't that she wasn't watching her way, but this particular street happened to be pretty narrow and orienting herself to the light and her limbs above ground... well, she wasn't quite used to it just yet.
The most normal thing you could do? Apologize with an excuse me and move on, but working up the effort to apologize wasn't her style, so she just kept moving.
Though, as she passed him, his shabby appearance was unexpected. So on streets this clean in a town this peaceful, there were still people who still couldn't afford to take care of themselves. He was only a little shorter than her, but still, it was probably easier for him to get out of the way.
