humans scare him. quinten tends to stick to the four walls and roof of his secluded cabin, rarely venturing out, finding solace in his books and the quiet of the forest. but what can he do whenever he's read all of his books? more than once, might he add ; more than twice. and despite having several very good reasons for his distrust in humans ( many years of reasons, in fact ), he wanted to read something new. this, and only this, was why he left his cabin this morning - early, hoping to quickly find the book store, purchase what he liked, and leave again. arms are filled with choices, classics and modern novels, fiction and nonfiction. as he makes his way to the front, feeling relieved he hadn't come face to face with any other customers, his luck suddenly runs out - quinten runs right into a woman, half his height, and drops every book he's picked onto the ground. ' o - oh, i'm... s - s - sorry, i didn't m - mean to... ' this is why he doesn't leave the house. @espercr.
