I've been trying to learn how to draw over the last few months (primarily so I can draw Them), but I realized I haven't been posting my attempts to Tumblr, just Twitter, and that is a travesty :PSo here ya go! My most recent finished drawing! (Please be nice lol)

On Jan 22nd, 2026, ICE agents broke the locks to the gates surrounding our apartment complex without knowledge or permission of the property managers, supposedly in a "targeted" raid against one individual living here. Notice how it's always "a targeted raid" for a "dangerous illegal" when ICE gets caught breaking the law.

They had NO warrants, not one by a judge (which they legally need), NOR did they bother filling out the ICE warrant paperwork (which is bs and not legally binding anyway, but they didn't even TRY). Not even so much as warning the property managers, whose office is easily accessed from OUTSIDE the gates.

I'm calling bullshit. Even if it WAS a "dangerous criminal guilty of assault" as they claimed (in which case they'd already be in jail), they BROKE THE LOCKS AND INVADED. My theory? Considering ICE just "happened" to show up the same day construction began within the complex, my bet is they're just following construction workers to deport anyone of color, and use that as an excuse to unlawfully enter. Not that they need one, clearly they can do whatever they want and kill whomever they please.

The vast majority of the choir did exactly what you know we did, and the teacher was both baffled and very upset.

They of course got admonished by the director, but it is a moment I will always remember as a much-needed stress reliever during a long, arduous rehearsal session.
