Lockable (Minecraft Mod)

I've been working on a Minecraft mod!

This was arguably a long time coming but hey, its (almost) here now!

This ended up being a bit annoying to implement, but wasnt impossible. The main issue actually ended up being that action bar messages stay for a fixed duration (and fade for a fixed duration D:)

Luckily, was able to solve this by just writing some code to display it manually, by resending the message every 0.5 seconds and then sending an empty message at the end to clear it (although ill probably remove the clearing, the fade is nice)

This code launches that task, cancels any previous xp bars being shown to the player (so they dont end up fighting each other) and saves itself into the map. This would eventually cause a very slow memory leak ofc, as players wouldn't get removed after their xp bar is done! Luckily, we can just implement our own mini-gc.

We can let the JVM GC clear up stuff here by just dropping players from the map every 30 seconds if they have a dead xp bar. Although writing this, im realizing this is still going to cause some issues as at max, a player is going to be held onto for at least 30 seconds, so lets lower that.
