Three years ago I uploaded Tally's latest design only to quickly become tired of it, so here's a handful of the many, MANY attempts I've made to figure out how I want to draw her since then. Hopefully one day I'll find something I'm satisfied with. Maybe she'll be blue again next time you see her. Heck, maybe she won't even be a cat thing, maybe she'll be a fish or mole person or something.
Recently I was convinced to download SRB2Kart (completely free, by the way) and decided I’d try to make a mod for my own OC. I’m not too used to doing pixel art (or playing racing games, for that matter), but after a few weeks of work, I’m pretty happy with how Veggie turned out! There’s a fad going around on Twitter, a challenge for artists to draw their OCs using the “Cartoon Network color palette”. I’m pretty sure that’s just CMYK, but whatever. Once I figured out what I was gonna do, this was actually pretty fun to make.
...No, I still haven’t settled on a name for this sasquatch guy.
For various reasons, I’ve been considering reworking my golem OC (previously known as “Chunk”) into a sasquatch. I think his elements feel more...cohesive, now. Will have to rethink what little backstory I had in mind for him, though.
I held off on uploading this for a while because I wanted to settle on a name. I’m not totally satisfied yet, but for now, let’s call him...“Angus”. I guess.

It’s Quillow! While I’m not QUITE at the point where I can say I’m 100% satisfied with his look, I feel like I’m closer now than ever before. I think I’m on the right track, at least!
Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about Tally Marx (although some people might have)! Although I am still unsure what to do with her. I mean, she probably dabbles as a mechanic, but is she a treasure hunter? A freedom fighter? An ex-bounty hunter? Who knows!?
One thing’s for sure; She sure has gotten lankier (and visibly toned) over the years!
In the two years since I last uploaded anything Veggie-related (sorry), I’ve made some adjustments to her outfit (though I’m still tinkering with it), and... very little progress figuring out her backstory. I do think her surname is gonna be “Sprigwort”, though.
And yes, she was kept in a little flower pot as a baby. It’s necessary for that stage in the wood nymph / dryad life cycle, trust me!
