Ingredients: 300g pork loin, thinly sliced. 200g asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add sliced pork and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Add asparagus and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
