🔥 Lower Body Workout of the week 🔥 Want to switch it up this week? Just wanted to share one of my favorite & very effective bodyweight workouts! 10 minutes AMRAP (as many as possible) 20 Squats 20 Squat Jumps 20 Lunges alternating or 20 on each leg 20 Glute bridges Aim for 4 rounds! . Form is always the most important when you are squatting or lunging so make sure those knees don't go past your toes. Most of your weight should be in your heels It's only 10mins but it's a killer leg workout! Do this twice this week with at least one day in between. If you've got 10 minutes spare in your session and want to throw a finisher in - this is perfect!
