i genuinely think it’s HILARIOUS Colin still has no idea Penelope has feelings for him 😭 like in the book he knew she liked him at one point and he just tried to push it away, so it makes all his scenes in the show more -crazy- to me. He’s really putting himself out there with all the knowledge she COULD reject him, I was 95% sure going into the season he would give a confession in the carriage but she would TOO. Like she would reveal she has loved him for YEARS, he would lose his mind and THEN confess. It’s just too funny to me, Colin about to tell people at the engagement ball how lucky he feels she returns his affections 😭
