I have a second idea for a Serpentine tribe. Behold: The Chrysopoline.
They're an airborne people that prefer to live in high altitude locations. They excel at aeronautics and astronautics, which involves the production of aircraft and rockets that can send people and satellites into space/orbit. This is despite the fact that they are the only Serpentine to not only be feathered, but also have wings. Unlike the rest of the Serpentine, the Chrysopoline general doesn't have a tail to which they slither; rather, all Chrysopoline have legs, with the only way to discern who's the general is to see if they have golden markings and feathers. They do have a venom, which causes the envenomated victims to feel heavy and sluggish, slowing them down until they're either feed a certain cocktail of mountain herbs or gets the antivenom from the Chrysopoline staff.
Chrysopoline can grow up to be 7' to 8'6". They can have red or green with yellow colored accents, or greenish yellow/pale green scales with orange or red spots; they also have some variety with their colouration.
Joining the Chrysopoline are the Questozoals. These feathered, winged Serpents are the precursor to the Chrysopoline, and though they don't have arms, they are extremely intelligent, able to speak English, and are able to use magic, which they can use to conjure up arms among other uses. The Chrysopoline were only created after the Devourer and her Mate - who was the God of the Sky and Cosmos - bedded one another. Due to the Questozoal's sentience, they're not considered and used as pets, but are rather treated as equals to the Chrysopoline, seeing that these feathered serpents predate them, and are considered more closely attributed and related to their astral deity. The feathers of the Questozoals resemble the night sky, depicting various constellations and stars.
Background:
Just like the Hydrophiline, this tribe is isolationist, having joined to defeat the Elemental Alliance during the First Serpentine War, but having to peace out after they and the humans were at a stalemate. From there, they invested their time and resources into aeronautics and astronautics, which leads to their advanced airplane and spacecraft, as well as advanced satellites and so on. That's not to say that they didn't do anything during the Second Serpentine War, as they relayed information from their satellites to the Hydrophiline, whom proceeded to sink several Cultist vessels. After the war, they went back to designing naval aircraft for the Hydrophiline to use on their carriers, as well as making advances in aero- and astro- nautics. Recently thought, they have been in contact - and supplying - another group of people - called Mulians - who want some of their aerial technology for defensive and civilian reasons; the Chrysopoline cautiously agreed, on the sole condition that they monitor the construction of any military aircraft.
