hello welcome to this COOL game mode called CLAM BLITZ. the TITLE doesn’t EXPLAIN how to play it but DON'T WORRY, the RULES don't do a good job at that EITHER. here you are on the MAP. it's called CLAM BLITZ, so you GO and PICK UP some CLAMS. THREE CLAMS seems like ENOUGH, so you GO to a BASKET. wait a minute. that's YOUR BASKET! the CLAMS do NOTHING. you GO to the ENEMY BASKET. you THROW a CLAM. it does NOTHING. you DECIDE to FIGURE IT OUT LATER and go SPLAT some ENEMIES. you get 8 CLAMS. you now have an AMERICAN FOOTBALL. you don't KNOW what the FOOTBALL is FOR, but now EVERYONE on the ENEMY TEAM wants you DEAD. this happens a FEW TIMES, before you GET your FOOTBALL to the ENEMY TEAM'S BASKET. you THROW the FOOTBALL at the ENEMY BASKET. CONGRATS, you BROKE their BARRIER. you DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS, but now EVERYONE on the ENEMY TEAM wants you EXTRA DEAD. NO ONE ELSE from your TEAM was NEAR YOU, so you ONLY got the original 30 POINTS from your FOOTBALL. this DOES NOT happen A FEW TIMES, because by the time you've FIGURED OUT how the MODE WORKS, the ENEMY TEAM has BROKEN your BARRIER and is THROWING CLAMS into your BASKET. you feel like your INK is RUNNING OUT FASTER THAN NORMAL, but for SOME REASON that DOESN'T APPLY to the ENEMY TEAM, who have CRAB TANKS and KILLER WAILS and TENTA MISSILES ready every 30 SECONDS while you TRY to SPLAT THEM (you are FAILING). NONE of the OTHER MODES are LIKE THIS. there is NO TUTORIAL LEVEL. this is a GOOD IDEA to KEEP IN THE GAME.
