Ooh, sorry for taking so long to respond! Here's a little drabble as compensation. It's female byleth/dimitri, since those are the pronouns you used in the ask.
Dimitri knew that most of the hardships he had experienced were simply a byproduct of his true nature. All monsters were doomed to be abandoned, hated, and feared. Ending up alone was simply in his nature.
But when she looked at him, her eyes showed no disgust. On the contrary, she looked at him with… pity? He didn't know. Nobody had ever seen him like that. Not until now.

I can see how the camp gossips might escalate rumors based on the smallest of things. The king smiling at Byleth on the queue at the mess hall? Forbidden relationship! Byleth knocking him on his butt during training? Lover's spat! Byleth cleaning a bloody overcoat by the river? Disposal of the evidence of their forbidden love affair! Felix complaining about Dimitri being a disgusting boar? Dimitri must have asked his shield to help him formalize his concubinage to Byleth!

Hopesmitri losing all the pathetic loser allegations just because he pulled “the assassin you sent to kill me is now my beloved wife” into Edelgard as a power move.(This was Dimitri and Edelgard’s actual B support, I swear it).
The B+ support is when Edelgard tells Dimitri that she's totally not offended that she wasn't invited to the wedding (she kinda is) but Dimitri reassures her that there technically wasn't a party just a really small ceremony.... aka just the priest(a confused Seteth) and a witness (Dedue). But she's invited to the actual party if she wants.
She says she'll think about it (she's super stoked).
POV: You are a chamberlain serving the king and queen of Faerghus in tea time. Chairs are closely put together.
Her majesty is loudly chewing cookies, her cheeks already full, crumbs fly everywhere (including his face), he cannot hear you offering him a napkin. He is entranced.
I bet that Dimitri would even enable such cookie-disaster because he thinks that Byleth looks so cute (like a hamster) with her cheeks full.
I find super funny that people judge as Byleth as emotionless when her post bad sauna session expression is the most kicked puppy face of the kicked puppy faces I have seen in ages.
Dimitri fainted in the sauna? Too bad! He has to redo the whole thing because of that kicked puppy face.
When Byleth said that Dimitri's only bad thing is that "he doesn't last long", she was referring to the sauna.
