Haha! Yay! Honestly, I was a huuuuge InuYasha fan way back in the day before I got really into comics and kind of quit anime/manga cold turkey all at once. I’ve been on kind of a lightweight anime kick recently because it’s easy to have on in the background while I’m working (don’t have to pay too close of attention to get what’s going on) and I figured InuYasha was as good an anime as any to revisit… I just didn’t remember how dang young everybody in the cast was, yeesh!
To be perfectly honest, it’s pretty much a given that you can’t take any movies/shows I drag on this blog too seriously. I don’t mean any of it in a cruel sense. Most of it is just a laughing-at-myself-for-continuing-to-watch-it type of thing, or if I’m being serious, generally conversational constructive criticism. Lord knows I’ve subjected myself to enough junk media that I have no room to judge anyone else’s tastes (and besides, if it makes people happy without being in some way harmful, who cares if it’s top tier quality? It’s fun, and that’s all that matters). <3
