What scene did you first put down? I can’t say for sure but!! I went back through my tweets when I first came up with it and I found this screencap as its first reference omg.

What's your favorite line of dialogue? Um!!! I guess the convo they have in Neverland where they’re mimicking each other with the “sh*t [whoever] says” meme.

Were there any alternate versions of this fic? JUST THE ONE. Though I joked about a sequel where Zelena started watching genre tv and joined fandom and became a Swan Queen shipper lmAO.

What inspired your Supernova story?

I asked a few people on Twitter if writing a SQ mermaid AU would (HYPOTHETICALLY) be a good idea, and a lot of people showed interest in it, so I decided to write it! It took me ridiculously long (considering that it's not really That long a fic), like almost half a year, I think? There's, for example, a really early version of the fic where Rumple was the bride, but it didn't really work, and my beta came up with the idea of Zelena as the bride (bless her and everyone else for helping me out!)

my favourite storyline/moment: the entire s5 finale with swan queen. u kno what I actually can’t remember much from any of the episodes I’ve watched to pick a favourite. But I can guarantee that regina is in it

a storyline that never should have been written: ahhhhh the entire stunt in hell that was a Dark time

my first thoughts on the show: it was cute, unconventional, was interesting to see a different perspective of fairytales I knew

my thoughts now: UM WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN I no longer watch it for the fairytales I purely am watching for regina mills/the possibility of swan queen happening. Tbh I don’t think ouat is a good show anymore, I don’t even think it’s moderately good…? Character development doesn’t exist for any character at all at this point, even for regina I feel like its stagnated. I think it’s kinda expected for shows with genres like this- I begin to get the feeling that they’re going in circles/dragging the plot just to fill episodes, instead of making episodes to achieve a vision they’d set. (Understandably since its technically entertainment) Comparing ouat to other shows, watching it doesn’t lift my spirits, I can’t really relate realistically to any character, there is no ship on the show canon that I religiously ship, I don’t learn anything/get new perspectives…..I don’t know if I’ll continue watching after the winter break tbh…!!! Maybe if I hear about sq but…,,hmm p unlikely it seems
