The trunks of Noble Fir (Abies Procera) rise like great pillars from a forest floor carpeted green with Oregon wood sorrel (Oxalis Oregana). The middle photo shows the shamrock-like sorrel leaves in greater detail. In other areas of the noble fir forest, one encounters elegant white flowers of queen's cup (Clintonia Uniflora) that dot the forest floor (lower photo). These shots were taken near the summit of Mary's Peak, the highest point in the Oregon Coast Range.

Topping off a beautiful event - This is my addition to “the gift that just keeps giving”. Here’s still one more gorgeous picture of Jenna with her cousin, Ella, at the Cartier-sponsored Queen’s Cup polo event. I wonder why Jenna isn’t wearing the Cartier Tank watch she advertised in the Sunday Times last year? Hahaha.
Edit: I guess I was too hasty. I see now that she is indeed wearing that Cartier watch. Oops!
