Gul Khan: Qubool Hai is not going off air in August
The popular Zee TV show has gone through several ups and downs, but rumours about going off air is not true, claims the producer
The gossip circulating in the media circuit suggests that Qubool Hai is going off air in August. Stories of the daily soap drawing its curtains have been floating around ever since Karan Singh Grover exited and Raqesh Vashisth entered the show. However, post the 22-year leap, wethinks the show has managed to pick up again.
We got in touch with Gul Khan of Four Lions Films’ to find out more about this. She said, “No, the show is definitely not going off air in August. We are shooting a wedding sequence, promos of which will be out very soon. We are ranked number three among all the other Zee TV shows. The TRPs have gone up and we are doing well, then why would the show off air. It’s very unprofessional that people print stories without checking with us.”
Well looks like Qubool Hai starring Karanvir Bohra and Surbhi Jyoti will be on for a long time, before the makers decide to shut shop.
