💔 - Does forgiveness come easily or with difficulty to this oc? Can they forgive others? What about themselves?

Well. The easy part of this answer is she is absolutely awful about ever truly giving herself grace and forgiving herself. She’s her own worst critic and it’s easy for her to assign blame to herself for things going wrong.

Things get dicey when you look at her relationship with forgiveness when it comes to other people, though. I think on the surface you would be tempted to say that Lily forgives other people much too quickly. She gives a lot of chances, turns a blind eye when she really shouldn’t, and allows people to walk all over her emotionally. However. When you get down to the heart of things, you’ll realize that a lot of that is Lily simply convincing herself that she’s forgiven someone or something while a seed of resentment is festering and growing, only to inevitably explode somewhere down the line in some horrific emotional Jack and the Beanstalk ass burst.
