I wonder if Quackity is struggling with finding people for the different languages. Do you think him reaching out to CC'S is potentially taking CC's that could partake in Dream's server? Maybe he changed the server rule because some CC's expressed interest in also being in USMP.
struggling? not sure. i do think he had to go to some of his backup options because some people said no (publicly LOL).
and not particularly in terms of taking cc's i think dream would have contacted a few already and dream is just so much of a bigger name in the mc world theres going to be very few non-english speakers declining him for q's server instead
