In hindsight I'd do the background all in one color, but the point was to use up fabric I had on hand. I love how the colors pop tho 🥰

Hello Mr.Nikolai. I hope he isn’t like a cold guy and is too serious maybe like Orion from SP. Like, I love Orion but I didn’t enjoy him like the best from SP. I liked him better than Jaxon but not more than my precious Atlas. I hope he’s like a nice guy and then just falls in love with the MC. Idk what I want honestly. But I hope he is a tsundere most of all fjskakwkwk

Presenting the most frustrating project I’ve ever done. This quilt top has sat around my house for 4 years. So long I don’t remember the name of the pattern or the designer. It took major re-engineering to get it finished. I can’t tell you how many seams I’ve ripped out to try and keep it straight.
The original design is the bottom picture. As you can see - it’s straight along the top and both sides. Not so much the bottom. (Fabric stretches, people. Never forget it.)
I had intended it to be a QOV (hence the patriotic fabric for the backing - incredibly cheap-ass stuff from Joann’s Fabric that had too much sheen on it to handle taping down for the basting - another day of frustration). But, since I ended up QAYG the rows to keep them somewhat straight, I didn’t feel like I could justify a longarm-er working on it.
That feeling when you have to retcon your bedroom for sewing space and you run out of juice to finish, but its bedtime and you have to move 56 patches without messing up the arrangement just so you can go to bed.... 🙄😴
