He’s trying to be better. He spent most of his life being a very bad person but he’s trying. He still kills with no remorse and lies instinctively. His *name* is a spoiler because he started off lying about that too. He is literally known around the world for being evil. He knows his actions are wrong and he admits guilty to his crimes but he’s spent his whole life doing this, and it’s hard to stop. He wants to protect this kid he met but his very presence on the ship is putting him in danger. But he’s trying to be better.

He can see the future (conditional). He’s a pirate. he’s old enough to get a senior discount. He’s wanted in every country. he’s an amputee. He’s even gay married*. Alistair fucking Vyncin.
