how does your OC take their coffee? kurry: any way, really. he actually works at his friend’s coffee shop when he can. he’s okay with drinking straight, but sugars and creamers work for him too. elliot: do you think this man could ever take drinking coffee? no. only milk, water, oj, soda... he probably sits in the kitchen surrounded by a coffee-drinking family, sipping on milk like an idiot. how is this even a full-grown man qelle: straight. doesn’t like all the frilly shit, enjoys bitter tastes more. 

if your OC could wear a mask for the rest of their life and no one would question it, would they? kurry: prob not. i mean just look at his lovable drug-addict face c’mon elliot: NO qelle: the most likely to do it, but tbh her shawl/headcovering already does a good enough job

is your OC afraid of mascot costumes? kurry: maybe not afraid but uncomfortable. like...there’s a sweaty dude under there acting like a jackass. what the shit elliot: he’s the guy who hugs the baseball mascot qelle: “what the fuck is a mascot”

if your OC enjoys cooking, what is their opinion of sous vide / other super unconventional ways of cooking? kurry: he has never heard of such a thing elliot: neither has elliot qelle: qelle would probably think it’s just a thing and it’s interesting, but not question it or whatever  (if it’s the fish in a dishwasher thing though i would kms)

is there anything your OC has been doing for ages, but has no idea why they do it, only that they’re supposed to (like washing rice, or wearing slippers inside of the home versus going barefoot)? ohhh man this is actually hard to think of i’ll have to come back to this but it’s v cool question

what’s a pointlessly immature thing your OC does? kurry: he bitches about things endlessly if he really doesn’t like them. mostly the hospital. he can’t be like a regular person and just go “meh”. like he’s gonna give you his mind about why he hates a hospital for no reason and just won’t quit elliot: he is literally still a child. he chews shit tons of bubblegum and drinks a lot of soda and is too enthusiastic about some shit (coughcoughbaseball). he’s a kid at heart and i hate it so much. he’s a big crybaby and just g o d everything about this dude is immature other than he has a job qelle: she’s the most mature of my main oc’s tbh. but, i think sometimes she can get really clingy to people who provide her stuff, esp after some sort of trauma? like she has a hard time handling herself without some reassurance. if there’s a person around her that actually understands she’s faking being a hard-ass, then she’ll probably let all that shit out and cling to them real bad

does your OC have any small scars with mundane, embarrassing stories? kurry: i’m sure he has tons i mean this kid as a teenager was just an edgy dumbass (i bet he even has embarrassing stories over his cutting scars. like ‘man my dad told me to do the dishes and i was pissed so i cut myself’ i swear to god). he’s probably biffed it a lot with skateboarding too so elliot: does baseball or bitchy older brother scars count if there are any i bet some time he probably ran with something he shouldnt have and stabbed himself qelle: probably not really?? mayb when she was working on repairing some ship shit but not embarrassing or major. so

has your OC ever shoplifted anything by accident or no? what’s the story? kurry: lbh kurry’s probably just shoplifted a lot of shit not by accident. because he’s a poor fuck. uh elliot: i bet he’s pocketed something once before that was small?? like not realizing it. and then walked out and probably felt really bad and returned it/paid for it if he actually wanted it. g o d what a nerd qelle: nah

what’s your OC’s guilty pleasures? kurry: does drugs n’ cigs n’ fucking count elliot: ...sunflower seeds/soda/bubblegum. it’s definitely guilty. qelle: rap music obvs (thanks to @larsmo)

does your OC have any incredible, funny, “you had to be there” stories? what is it? kurry: probably too many because getting fucked up with friends brings about way too many “you had to be there” stories. i should think more about this sometime! it’d be amazing  elliot: probably really dumb ones that actually aren’t funny at all tbh qelle: mehhh

can your OC deal with their hands being dirty / greasy for extended periods? how much does it bother them? kurry: doesn’t really give a shit. deals with a lot of pain in the fingers bc of his bass&guitar playing. always has grimy fingernails anyways and he’s always just touching dirty shit like. nothing in his life is clean elliot: probably doesn’t mind either?? boys and their unclean hands. god. baseball and exercising is dirty, y’all. his factory work probably also isn’t super clean, so. qelle: this ho works on ships do you really thing that’s a clean job? nah. mechanic shit ain’t that way. she prefers them to be clean but it doesn’t bother her

can your OC commit to putting stickers on things, or is it too much responsibility? do they tend to keep the item that has stickers on it? kurry: probably had a shit ton of those fake tattoos and stickers as a preteen. eventually used them as a teenager, prob a lot on his bass case and skatedeck. yes, that shit is kept. elliot: i don’t know if he really has stickers. but i bet if there was one of those smiley face stickers on a paper he’d be like. yea. that’s nice. what a dork qelle: too much commitment for this flighty old bird

on a scale from one to ten, ten being “puking in a toilet fist-pumping to loud music” how hard has your OC partied? kurry: maaaan puking in a toilet fist-pumping to loud music high off his ass sort of shit. maaaaaaaaaaaan. happened more in his teens but i’m sure he’d still go out and party. one of his bandmates/best friends is an alcoholic and i’m sure he parties with him, tho it’s kind of shitty because kurry isn’t really an alcohol guy (it just does not hit the opium sweet spot) elliot: this kid would be intimidated by anything that wasn’t a family get together or just some cool friends talking. that’s not his style (and i dont know if that kind of party was super common in the 60′s, lol). qelle: most parties she went to were school ones (like uni celebrations) or ones with friends from school/work?? she’d go and drink and stuff and be a fucking dork and giggly as shit but nothing crazy. she’s p moderate

what immature thing has your OC grown out of doing? kurry: mooching off his parents lmao because he got kicked out so long ago elliot: well he doesn’t piss the sheets and can probably do his own laundry qelle: being enthusiastic about life

how well can your OC explain the tastes of food? kurry: other than prob describing things from the menu at the coffee shop he works at (gotta sell to customers somehow), he just uses a lot of curses. ‘this is fucking delicious’. ‘this tastes like shitty fucking ass’. etc. elliot: too busy shoveling food into his mouth to say obvs qelle: probably pretty well? though can’t do it as ~fantastically~ in english because there are some elusive words when it comes to your non-native language (despite how fluent she may be). prob really good with tastes and isn’t bad at cooking and her mom’s a real good cook too

what’s the oddest job your OC’s ever done? kurry: probably something really shameful we never want to think of. (hopefully he’s never done a blowJOB because smh and kms) elliot: noth really? just has a mediocre job all the time because that’s him, yo. (if i could have my way he would be in a hotdog suit or a mascot from what i said before but naw, that’s not him. funny to imagine.
