The QBO Magnifying Glass Is Your Friend
Have you ever created a record in your accounting software, hit save and then *immediately* realized you made a mistake? It happens to me all the time – so frustrating! You can lose so much time clicking through menus and scrolling endlessly in search of that one little transaction that needs fixing. But if you use Quickbooks Online, I’ve got good news:
QBO has hidden a spiffy, little time-saver right in the search bar. When you place your cursor in the search bar at the top of the page (where the magnifying glass is) and click, just once, in the search box a clickable list of the most recent records you’ve “touched” will pop up automatically.
