I’m a new radfem and curious; does the brain thing TRAs so often use as a gotcha for transgenderism actually exist irl? As in, are some males born with female brains? Because the mere sentence sounds dumb, the idea that brain structure of male and female is different. So are they lying, is it true or (the third option) is it misconstrued purposefully? Sorry for the maybe complicated ask, I just am confused.

No, there is no such thing as a gendered/sex-specific brain. It's possible they're lying or just ignorant, but just looking up the topic brings up a good handful of evidence proving otherwise.
