combustion science sounds like when you forgot what the ear doctor is called so you use "ear doctor", but even then you know that under that simple term there is legendary, poetic and etymology-impressive-crafted real name that any Otorhinolaryngologist should be proud to have.

If someone said to me they are combustion scientist I would assume they used simplistic term for me to understand what they do, and I would wait for real name drop only to be disappointed and they embarrassed when I realize, that is an scientific name!

I think we need to make some kind of riot or mass petition, to change name so combustion scientist don't have feel shame from their virgin sounding name, but stand proud for the who they truly are
