What better way to represent women than to post one of my new favorite series about assassin nuns...and dagger, of course!! I have fallen in love with the His Fair Assassins series and I am so excited to finish it and start this beautifully dark book!! I love everything that these books represent: strong independent women, friendship, courage and even love...can’t forget the whole BAMF assassin part either!! Plus @rllafevers is an amazing author and woman!! Not only does she write these incredible books but also shares her writing knowledge with all of us from the goodness of her heart!! Do you have a favorite setting to read? Does it change with genres? ☃️ I have to admit I’m becoming very fond of reading curled up on a pile of pillows and blankets in front of a fire. And after the storms we’ve had, for some reason I’m in the mood for horror. What is it about isolating woods, with the wind howling through the trees, that just feels oh so right for diving into a book full of scares?
