Meet Ronnie our Pup of the Month! Named after pro bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman this great dane pup is soon to be a real powerhouse! 💪 Although not a huge fan of exercise Ronnie can't help but make muscles (we should be so lucky). When not growing, he loves his weekly puppy school and shopping at Bunnings... nothing like a cheeky sausage sanga or four to fuel the fire! 🌭🔥 For Ronnie, life has come with some growth pains. He's had to face up to the fact that he does have to bathe 🛁 and that he is no longer able to fit under the coffee table (we're sure he will keep trying though). In his down time, Ronnie is a big fan of afternoon naps and spending time at the dog park with his pals (albeit laying down and watching the other pups play!). Meet Georgie our Pup of the Month! Georgie is full of life and jumps at any opportunity to play. Tug of war is her game and, although at times clumsy (she can literally trip and fall on any surface), she makes up for it with her enthusiasm 🙂 Come to think of it, this may be linked to her two missing front teeth which mysteriously vanished one night 🤔 Apart from playing, food is Georgie's other big love. She will do anything for a treat and has an appetite second to none. Whenever she hears the magic word 'yummies' ✨ she goes a bit cray and jumps up and down. Georgie is certainly not not a fussy eater and has been known to even eat a lemon... now that's impressive. That said, she does have her standards and draws the line at celery. When out and about, kite surfers are her guilty pleasure. Georgie has been known to 'chase the odd surfer' out into the ocean. She can get a little over zealous and on a couple of occasions, her mum has had to perform a fully clothed water rescue operation... Meet Teddy our Pup of the Month! Teddy is a 2 year old chihuahua from the sunny Gold Coast. He is a super special pup known by his parents as their rainbow baby after the sudden loss of their beloved first dog 🌈 Teddy is a little ray of sunshine and has filled the emptiness with so much happiness🥰. He just oozes personality and loves going for walks to the the duck pond. His fav activity however would have to be lapdoggin' with his mumma... particularly when she has kangaroo tendons and chicken on hand 🤤 Whilst he has a perfect temperament and loves to socialise at any opportunity, he is a big mumma's boy at heart... he may be known to get a little jelly when his best bud Elvie gets all the attention. Once a month we will have a vote for the best and the winner will receive dinner for two with their pup ... at the end of the year the monthly winners will compete for the grandprize. Spyro is a 3 year old fawn chihuahua. Son of Mowgli & Diva, he is super sweet and just a little bit silly 😜. Having earned the nickname wigglebutt, Spyro is happiness on four legs. Meet Lila our Pup of the Month! This 5 year old greyhound was adopted by her family 3 years ago and has been making a difference to those around her ever since! A strong believer in education, Lila visits a primary school every week to help children learn to read. Not only does she get to hear great stories, but just by being there, she has also improved the reading fluency and confidence of the children out of sight! When not hitting the books at school, Lila is a busy woman putting smiles on the faces of the residents in the local nursing home. Always willing to give plenty of pats and cuddles, the residents just adore Lila and look forward to her visit every week. Whilst a very sweet and gentle soul, she also has a bit of a cheeky side. Lila has been known to snatch food off the kitchen bench (...when her family aren't looking 😉) and throw the occasional slipper around the house. We don't blame you Lila, slippers are oodles of fun! Her caring and loving nature is infectious and each night she can be found cuddling up on the nearest lap. After a long day of spreading smiles, she loves nothing more than being tucked into bed with her teddy each night. Meet Syd and Amy our Pups of the Month! This brother and sister combo are an inseparable pair. Syd is the cool, calm and collected type.
