Oh, god... how do I keep this short????? And most of them are YOUR NPCs anyway! ROFL

(you really want 10, I know you do! :P )

Dresst - I know he's a canon character from the games whose name we changed so we could pronounce it, but he's absolutely AMAZING and White Howler and badass and and and... Plus, the adventure you sent Brigit on to find him was really FUN, even if she did walk right past him the first time! LOL

Audrie - HOLY HELL SHE'S SO CHAOTIC AND I LOVE HER!!!! A 'country girl' vampire? So hilarious, so over the top at times, so... MUCH! And I adore her for that because she isn't the stereotpyical vampire. AND, she'll talk to my wolves. Keiko may have a soft spot in her heart for her (B&B spirits notwithstanding), and Brigit ADORES her and that was before Audrie held up two ketchup dripping French fries to her mouth like fangs and said, "Hey, look, Brigit, I'm a vampire!" in the middle of O'Tolley's!

Vanessa - new, still learning about her, but she helped by boy Ciaran survive being hunted by the Black Spiral Dancers when he was thirteen and just going through his first change. AND she helped him a few years later when he helped Lily. Can't NOT like her. My kilt-wearing wolf is willing to take most of the grief he gives her while hoping he can help her and the Mokole in the process.

Devair - the prince of the city has to be one of the most eccentric people any of my characters have met! So Old School and yet could rip the throat out of an enemy without hesitation. Brigit, Keiko, Shannon, and Ciaran (do I have any other characters who've met him? I can't remember! lol) all think he's delightful...and are pretty certain they NEVER want to get on his bad side or meet him in a dark alley!

Okay, here I'm going to go for one for each of my individual characters because it's different for all of them: Brigit - Uncle Mike, end of story. Who else would have pulled an ornery teen from the orphanage and taken her in? Keiko - Through the Night Softly. Having him by her side when they escaped her grandfather's caern when it came under attack is the only way she would survive (as evidenced by the loss of her pack in that instance). Shannon - Buck, of course! lol Who else? Her chosen brother from childhood. He's as much a part of her family as Snarls and Ragnar are and always will be. (I mean...she hasn't given away his secret yet, has she? ;) ) Ciaran - Well, I already covered Vanessa, so I'm going to go with Mr. Calavichi. Kind of weird for a White Howler to like a Glass Walker, but when you're the head of a caern and such a high ranking Theurge, how can he not? I'm sure they'll cross paths more in future and Ciaran can learn more about him, but for now he has all the respect for him.

Honorable mention - BILL "the Bear"! If I had more space, he'd be right in there! LOL Brigit adores that old Garohl, and not just for saving her life on her first Rite of Passage, and Shannon has nothing but high praises for him! <3

Favorite DA:O backstory? – I haven’t played many of the backstories. I keep meaning to go back and play them all, so I’ll have to let you know. I quite like the noble human one, has an emotional punch and you get your Mabari right from the start. (Not that dog companion is one of the top criteria I check for when selecting a game.)

What did you name your Mabari? – Prince! Because mabari are royalty.

Favorite main-story quest from DA:I? – I love the winter palace, my husband hates it with a passion, but I’m the opposite. Also, Hushed Whispers.

Favorite DA:I place? (Cullen's bed doesn't count! :D) What do you mean it doesn’t count!!!??? In terms of scenery I love the pool at the Hidden Oasis, seems so peaceful, I could spend all day there.

Favorite DLC mission overall? – Its got to be marrying Cullen in Trespasser hasn’t it!

Funniest moment in the games? – DA: O Captured! Because of the comedy value in who you chose to save you. Dog and Zevran, because who else would you want to save you?

Creepiest moment in the games? – Hmm, none of the moments seem too creepy. If you picked me up and put me in the game, I think the Fade in DA:I with the fear demon would have me in a total panic attack mess as would the ‘evil’ future in Hushed Whispers.

A moment/action you regret in-game? – ‘Hardening’ Alistair. That always feels really shitty to me, why can’t I just be supportive of my big loveable dork?

I also, maybe, killed my first warden by accident… and Alistair was left alone and heartbroken, my goodness that hurt. I just assumed the game wouldn't kill the main playable character, that doesn’t happen, right? Right?

Who do you wish you could romance that you can’t? – Dagna! She’s so cute! 

Which 3 DA characters would you want as your best friends?

Answered this for DA:I, so let's pick DA:O –

Mabari/Dog/Barkspawn – because dog companions are a must in my life.

If I couldn’t date him, then Alistair, because I feel he’d make a really fun and supportive friend.

Again, if I couldn’t date him, then Zevran, because we’d get up to far too much fun.

Favorite Characters A-Z

D: Doc from Star Wars: The Old Republic. He really is one of my favorite characters, and favorite romances from the whole game. He’s a flirty smart ass that I didn’t know I needed to have in my brain. Especially with my pureblood Sith Jedi Knight. He’s so much fun. 

F: Fauna from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. She’s super sweet and will help water plants, which is always welcome.

K: Kaidan Alenko, from the Mass Effect series! (As if anyone expected anything else. I mean come on. I’m predictable.) I mean how can this not be my only available choice for the letter K. I adore this character. He was probably my first real ship (at least once I knew or had a clue what a ship was). 

R: Rost from Horizon Zero Dawn. This character really struck me from the outset. I’ll own it. I’ve only played an hour of the game so far, but I love the situation and information I’ve seen about him. His willingness to raise a child that is not his, and that look on his face when the woman told him he was told to raise Aloy, not love her. My heart. 

W: Mr. Wong from Saints Row and Saints Row 2. I love this character. He’s got a heck of a personality and in the first game of the series ends up shooting his own translator for giving a more polite and calm translation of his orders. I appreciated that they gave him a
