The boys got to celebrate their uncle’s birthday as well as mid-autumn festival at punggol promenade ... a wonderful evening to watch a group of foreign workers lighting up many 孔明灯 while the locals stood by to cheer on them.. a first for the kids as well as for us to witness and experience such a festive mood..
