It had been quite a while since Oliver found anyone particularly interesting at the parties. All of the guests had been basically adults for weeks now, and it was starting to drive him a little crazy. For one, they were harder to befriend. And for two, they were way, way more powerful than him, almost without fail.

Damnit--

He was prepared to go back upstairs until, upon surveying the crowd, one certain double in particular practically jumps out at him. They seem a little....confused? Perplexed? Why?

He’s content to watch, at least until the other turns. Was he going to leave? Well...no, he didn’t want to allow that.

◣❉◢ —  Scared, irritated, there many words for the feelings stirring around in the poor girl’s chest. Separated from one of the first field trips she was able to attend, Yuki was helplessly dragging around alone in a forest. Part of her was perhaps terrified, but the other part was quite empty.

Just as she was about to give up searching, she spotted a rather spooky looking mansion up ahead. Reaching, she eventually mustered up the courage to go up to the door.

Hopefully it’s a nice elderly couple who lives here. Not an evil witch like in the stories.

It was far from unusual for Chara to wander places, especially such places as the woods. Being alone meant this sort of “adventure” was turned into just as much as a game as everything else. Stumbling, falling on their face, only to get back up and turn around in the hope that someone would help them -- They hated it.

Even when someone came, it was never worth the trouble.

  What and who on Earth could possibly be causing such an infernal, obnoxious song? The blabbering gibberish could be heard clear, and yet there was no dummy in line of sight. Perhaps there was a town nearby? Some sort of gathering? Then again, the songs would then take to overlap, would they not?

  As such was dictated by simple human nature, the “delusional” sought to investigate the source. Prepared, of course, to break any words it may or may not speak into simple forms of true and false. You couldn’t let those things worm into your mind. He would know.

It’s kinda funny though. Dummy seems to go by the Ego. He finds the path to get what he wants, but he’s able to wait awhile if waiting will get him better results. Is what he does at all moral? Nope. He throws the Superego out the window. (with Jung, I think that Oliver has a persona he goes by when interacting with certain people. He puts a mask on of indifference or superiority to freak other people out. I’m not entirely sure, but the Oliver while being the owner of the mansion (while entertaining guests) and the Oliver while being home undisturbed (and then with Allen) are very different.)

Then Allen listens to his Superego too much. It’s to the point where his Superego beats up on his Ego and he’s therefore unbalanced. He does not satisfy the Id because he’s afraid that what he is doing is wrong. If we go with Jung, I’d say that Allen has a complex where he feels unneeded. Oliver is able to made his own tea, Oliver can clean the house perfectly well on his own (not that he wants to, but he can); Oliver could get on fine without Allen’s help. Allen subconsciously tells himself this and as time goes on, the thought builds into his conscious and he becomes aware with the thought that he’s unneeded--and the mean anons don’t help with bringing out this awareness at all either. It’s when he acts while thinking badly of himself where his issues arise. But Allen really shouldn’t worry so much on this because Oliver doesn’t care as much for Allen’s help, he cares more just for the fact that Allen is there. :’^) 

On a better note, I think that Allen has a greater Shadow, however. The creative and impulsive thoughts like ‘Ohh, what’s that button do--I’m going to touch it’ type things. If he’s bored with something, he’ll be creative and change it up. Change up the flavor of the tea, cooking, needle-work, he’ll change his outfits. He seems to be good at thinking outside of the box and keeps himself entertained with this. The shadow is like Id+ though, and again, that’s the Id--And when he doesn’t listen to it, and it gets to being a matter of morals, he fractures. (haha I made a funny)
