I'll be honest. This was 100% a cover buy. I found it on the bargain shelf and was immediately taken aback by how striking the cover is.

But the premise hooked me immediately, and I hadn't seen anybody talk about this book, so I had to check it out.

DNFed 50 pages in, but at least i only spent 3 bucks on it 🙄

i haven't bought manga in a long time, but I've been thinking about re-reading Devilman and figured it was time to complete my set of books.

i have read a few of Junji Ito's works, and I've seen a couple of Tomie movies, but I've never actually read it. excited to get into it!
