#pulseaudio equalizer

I've added 2 more patches (now 4) from Fedora to the PulseAudio Equalizer package which should fix running it for some users (apparently it worked for most people but failed to start for some). Hopefully now it works for everybody.

Also, if you want to install PulseAudio Equalizer without the patch that disables preamp (this patch is required for fixing a max sound bug), you can download this .deb. If you want the package with all the patches, simply use the WebUpd8 main PPA.
