It had only been four months since Shawn had arrived in Cardinal Hill and he felt like he was different already. Though he didn't know if he was just telling himself that so he didn't feel too bad about how much of the same he was. It really depended on the day. "Helped some rich lady park the other day and she gave me a fat tip. I think she might be my new favorite." He reached for his soda and glanced over the menu again. "I think I made some friends or well, a friend. Her name is Koda, loves to climb trees and works at the movie rental. I'm thinking of getting a part time there for some extra cash."

"Hey you little shit, come back here!" Xander usually wasn't so loud but he was doing his best to stop the kid who was bolting out the door of the arcade. He thought it had just been coins but the kid had made off with most of the cash behind the prize counter and had knocked over an employee and a few kids in the process. Xander had just been gaining on him when he felt himself collide with someone else. He quickly shot his hands out to catch the person he had run into and came to a stop. "Shit, I'm sorry, are you alright?" He looked over their shoulder and sighed. "I hope that kid is on the track team." He was sure someone else would catch him and he could only go so far in this town but his attention quickly turned to Clover who he finally seemed to recognize as he took a moment. "I didn't slam into you too hard, did I?"
