Sorry for the rant...
I’m a little pissed off. My sister keeps disregarding my profession as not essential and not important even though my field does see emergencies (when a person is going through endodontic or periapical tooth pain). There are emergencies in dental medicine and until she gets the worst pulpitis she won’t understand how a patient feels when they have that kind of pain (there were women who gave birth and told me they rather have children again than go through tooth pain) it’s terrible! I have had several people tell me this.
Also dentists are in the closest proximity to contracting diseases because hey for us to do any work we are like a foot away from people’s mouths. I’m not here to discredit her and her profession of nursing because they do a lot of shit ( I never mitigate another person’s work because everyone has a role to fulfill). I always feel like there is contempt with her where she only thinks her job is the only important thing and everyone else is a piece of shit. In addition, any health care provided is going to be at high risk because they are in contact with people in order to treat them! like I don’t want to one up I just want to be seen as an equal.

I don't talk about my degree that much but wdym this is the first comic I've made in MONTHS and I've somehow transcended the level of cracked-ness It makes my final project from last year look like dog shit-
Oh em gee guys, I'm going back into my shut in phase that hasn't had this much of an impact on me since I was like 17 because I keep going into the mindset of "nobody likes you, your projects aren't interesting, everyone is having so much fun without you, why don't you just kill yourself?"
And then I think that I'm attention seeking because of it and think "that's why no one likes your whiny ass".
