✎ how do you think readers would guess a fic was yours if you posted anonymously?

My lovely Bil once said that my personal square in a fic bingo would be "relationships so detailed and complex they wrap you up in a blanket" which I loved so much I screenshotted it so I can look at it whenever I want, and I'd like to think that would be part of it. More broadly, probably a) all the hurt/comfort/whump and b) for MattDrai, the fact that I'm incapable of not ultimately making their relationship incredibly gentle.

akjdfh ok i'm gonna force myself to give a different one to last time!! let's be nice to ourselves!! i think i'm really good at group dynamics? friendship groups and big sibling groups and everything in between! i think i can write them well too in a way that's not confusing to the reader even when there's lots going on!

god there are so many ways to take this lol. i think i adapt depending on the type of fic i'm writing. sometimes i'm very intense and like,,, must get everything down immediately and sometimes i'm more chill. sometimes i plan EVERY detail and sometimes i just... start and go and see where the vibes take me i'm more likely to finish something if i haven't planned every detail tbh, bc sometimes once i've done all the planning i get bored and never finish the writing part...

as a writer i'm aaaaaaall character work! i want to analyse them and understand how they work in whatever setting i've thrown them into. its why i really like writing like.. subtle aus? i can't think of how else to describe them. but like aus where its like,,, everything is mostly the same to canon except THIS ONE THING. and now let's study how that's changed them as a person lol

💖 What do you like most about your own writing?

i like the way i'm very intentional with what i include. idk like my efficiency with words and like,,, the way i write everything in a more snippet style? i think its a strength that i don't add any scene unless i think it serves a purpose

😈 Is there anything you enjoy doing that you think your readers hate?

i don't think people hate it but i do think people do not notice how many musical/film references i put in fics. like All The Time.
