This photo was from a performance by the group “fat chance” in 1979. Judy Freespirit one of the members of this group (pictured below) did so much work and advocating for the fat queer community at the time. Susan Stinton wrote a super cool article about her that is definitely worth the read! I learned so much about this amazing person.

I used to use this program all the time as a kid and Ive been loving finding new ways to make art with it. Lately I’ve been into global village coffee house artwork and this piece is inspired by that along with early 2000s nostalgia.

Top surgery is tomorrow and I cant sleep so I made this silly picture.
Im so excited but so anxious since ive never had surgery before. Cant wait to feel like myself for the first time in my life. I’ll post about my results at some point. But first I got some healing to do see you on the other side˚✧₊˚✧₊⁎
