Puck and Beryl were homeschooled like the rest of the colony. They didn't enroll in university either, as their future wasn't supposed to be on planet Earth. Things turned out differently though. Puck and Beryl are part of the next generation of Z-Fighters.

Puck started her verbal tic of you know when she was about fifteen years old.

Puck isn't necessarily a smart cookie; she's pretty average for Earthling standings. However, her race is fairly intelligent, and Puck is considered on the lower end of the intelligence scale. Even so, she's emotionally extremely intelligent, which makes up for her other shortcoming. 

Puck is severely allergic for silver, it burns her skin and it's the only metal (and way) that can slow or stop a Werewolf from regenerating their wound(s). Werewolves are known for their rapid recovery during battles. When they're in their berserker mode, they're at their peak strength and are immune to any pain inflicted to them. Their regeneration triples in this short time window. However, with silver, one can stop the regeneration process to slow them down. There's no silver on planet Basil. In fact, smuggling silver is a severe crime, and the punishment is usually death by being burned alive. By wearing silver, it's a direct attack against the native population. The silver will be confiscated and destroyed. The punishment for wearing silver is a case by case thing. Werewolves usually can smell silver and it makes them nauseous. Puck takes medication to help her deal with the nausea as silver is a very popular metal on planet Earth.

Puck can't wait to be strong enough & to return to her home planet. Planet Basil. Basil is home to many different aliens who fled from Frieza's threat. It's a safe haven. Basil's native people are a type of wolf. The Werewolf. They have the same fighting spirit as the Saiyan race. They're very family oriented & treat their planet with much care. You'll find only 2 big cities on the planet who are ruled by 2 clans the race is split up in. Clan Bleu & clan Rouge. Puck is from clan Rouge. Most of the aliens settled in clan Rouge's territory. Planet Basil is highly toxic & only native creatures can breathe in the toxic air. To compensate the influx of aliens, clan Rouge & the Tuffle race collaborated in making a gigantic air bubble around the city so everyone can live there without worry. When leaving the city, they wear special masks to travel to different places. Suits even depending on the weather type. Frieza had his eye on Planet Basil but let it be due to its high toxicity levels. There was no gain. Clan Bleu & clan Rouge have strong ties with each other whereas clan Bleu focuses on their military strength and welcomes other aliens into their ranks, clan Rouge deals with the infrastructure & the political side. Each clan has their own respective leaders who often meet & keep close contact. Clan Rouge is in good contact with the Tuffle settlement on Planet Earth. Capsule Corp plays an important role in providing Earth's technology to the Tuffle settlement who made a teleport system between Planet Earth & Planet Basil. When Puck was still a cub, her parents joined her grandparents to raise their daughter on Earth. They all took on the form of the Human-type-Earthling. Puck was only 4 when she manged to shapeshift into her Human form.
